Found on Lobste.rs, here’s a student developer who asked the question “What if I stored data in my mouse.”

The answer is “really not much” since it holds literally 2 bytes of data, but the process is fascinating and it’s just delightfully old school. This is hacking at its most pointless, because the discovery is the point.
